A short, plain-language privacy notice.

This site is operated by Astanah Store Limited, a company registered in Zambia. Reach us at info@astanah.com.

When you submit the contact form, we receive:

• Your name and email (required so we can reply).
• The topic and message you wrote.
• Optional: company name and phone number.
• Your IP address, captured by our edge network for spam rate-limiting. Stored as a counter key for at most 1 hour and then discarded.

We don't set marketing or analytics cookies. The only cookies the site sets are strictly-necessary ones for the contact form to function.

Submissions are emailed to info@astanah.com and used solely to reply to your enquiry. We do not share contact-form data with third parties for marketing.

Lawful basis (UK/EU GDPR terminology): legitimate interest — responding to people who proactively contact us. For transactional follow-up that becomes a customer relationship, the basis becomes performance of a contract.

Contact-form emails live in our shared inbox until the conversation is resolved, then archived for up to 24 months for continuity. Spam-counter IP records expire automatically within 1 hour.

Form submissions transit Cloudflare's global edge and land in our Google Workspace inbox. Both providers operate certified infrastructure across multiple regions.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you submitted by emailing info@astanah.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We aim to respond within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU and you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data-protection authority.

We'll update this notice when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
